Overview
In today's fast-paced, unpredictable VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Accelerating) world, traditional modes of thinking are inadequate. The modern landscape demands individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, characterized not just by business acumen but also by adaptability, resilience, critical thinking, and a proactive pursuit of opportunities amidst challenges. This course aims to cultivate such qualities through practical exercises, workshops, and real-world challenges. It encourages participants to move beyond conventional frameworks, embrace mental flexibility, and adopt antifragility. By fostering collaboration and deep discussions on global and local issues, the course prepares participants to drive innovation, create jobs, and lead economic growth as change agents and visionary leaders.
